Gave very inaccurate readings – causing me to go into the doctor office during COVID-19 SIP while pregnant/ high risk. Doc took multiple side-by-side readings – this device said I had a reading of 125/96 compared to the doctor measurement of 100/80. The significant inaccuracy this device demonstrates is appalling – it should be taken off the market. It is a pointless product if it cannot provide accurate readings every single time. My doctor does not trust this device and has insisted I now come into the office (during SIP) to take readings, or purchase a new/different device. I am demanding a refund ASAP. Please be cautious if purchasing this product and make sure to measure it against your doctor’s device for accuracy – or you will be dealing with a lot of frustration, disappointment, anxiety and inconvenience.
