It helps to read the manual carefully, as setting the date was not intuitive. Once you’ve set the date and time, it seems that to change them you need to remove a battery, replace it, and go through the setup from scratch. The unit does have multiple user capability, but when the unit is turned on, the time to change which user you want the pressure to log to is quite short, as the cuff will start inflating less than 10 seconds after turning the unit on. I would have preferred a separate ”start reading” button in addition to the power button. The unit does not come with its own AC power adapter, though there is a port for an adapter to be connected. If using an AC adapter, the batteries must be removed. Lots of details in the manual.

This device is much better than a cheaper blood pressure monitor that I bought and had to return. This device by Beurer is consistent in its results, and the cuff placement and tightness aren’t so determinative of the results you get. Put the cuff on to a comfortable tightness, press the start button, and you get consistent results. Very easy to use and good value for the money.
