This blood pressure monitor is really amazing. The reading are actually accurate, easy to use and easy to read. This blood pressure monitor actually talks, gives you instructions, telling you it’s about to start, telling you what to do, and announce the readings. It also tells you If your readings are normal or high. It was in Spanish language when I first turn it on. After setting the date, time and language, I fully understood what it was saying! I did a pretty good choice of getting this. You don’t need the battery to be installed on the back of the system when using the plug in, which is a plus. I will update in a couple of weeks, and see how this thing holds up……

This is the second unit I have bought . I now have one for the car for when we travel and one at home.This automatic Blood Pressure Machine is very easy to use. It has a large easy to read display, the cuff fits very nicely and the ease and operation of the monitor controls is simple. The monitor displays signs of hypertension as well as the blood pressure ad heart rate. It takes just a couple of moments to get your reading and it comes in a case that is easy to take with you. I wish I had found this unit earlier on after my husband had his stroke it would have saved many headaches trying to get an accurate reading.. This unit comes with a storage bag with enough room to add a small notepad & pen for keeping track of your readings. Glad I bought this instead of the unit I was first looking at.

Had been using a wrist monitor. This compares more closely with readings at md office making it easier to evaluate progress. Like the voice reports.

Portable,easy to use
I am an RN with high BP that has family history and bought probably 6 machines so far and will continue to buy since it is alteady part of my daily routine to check my bp before going to work, I even tried the expensive ones and they dont last long enough. This one is sturdy and reliable so far.

I was surprised how easy this was to set up and start to use. Everything was compact and fit nicely in the case it came with. The unit was surprisingly accurate as well. My only off comment was setting up the language. For anyone purchasing this, L1 is Spanish and L2 is English. If you make the same error I did, take out the batteries and reset the time, date, language again. I am very happy with this product and satisfied with the reasonable price I paid.

The on/off button sticks very badly. It works when I can get it to turn on. Annoying trying to get it to turn on. Seems to be poorly made.
UPDATE: Got so frustrated with it that I threw it away. This is junk from CHINA. DO NOT BUY or you will be sorry you did. If they are all like the unit I got, it’s garbage.

Easy to use. Did have to switch language from Spanish to English. That was easy though. I like that it tells me if it’s high too.
