We purchased this for the Afib feature and as the instructions are not specific, we are not sure if the reading is accurate. We are getting both the Arrhythmia and Afib icons flashing after the Afib measurement (it takes it 2-3 times as noted in the instructions). It appears that the icons should be not flashing after the reading, so we are not sure if this is indicating an error (there was no movement or cuff error shown) or Afib detection. I have emailed the company but they haven’t responded. I also asked the community and received conflicting responses. Very frustrated with this as having full and clear instructions would make this ”problem” a non-issue. It does seem to be accurate for BP and heart rate on a person without potential Afib, so those features work and are straight forward.

The biggest problem is the cuff that seems to curl at the ”bottom” as I am trying to fit it into place. I have a large arm and it just is almost impossible to make it go on smoothly. Otherwise I think it is pretty accurate.

My mother in law recently dropped her old blood pressure machine because she has to plug it in and then continue to use it. Because of all that I decided to ensure she could have it stationary or portable at any given time. Made it easier and got her a USB plugin Blood Pressure machine that was really easy to use compared to the last one. The numbers are big so easy for her to read, she loves that. Also, the wrap around the arm is soft, so she also said that this was much more comfortable to use compared to any other machine she has used.

I have had one opportunity to test the Afib detection, and it worked. I backed it up with 2 handheld EKG meters. I did not really need this capability, but it is nice to be able to check for Afib while doing something that I do every day. Increasing the accuracy requires 2-3 automatic measurements with 15 seconds between each. It seems very tedious. The only reading is at the end. It would be nice to see the intermediate readings. One other small annoyance is the size of the cuff. It is so long that fitting it is a minor pain. I think that two cuffs would have been better. The low price makes this a great buy.

Worked for about a month. Then periodically for a couple of months. Then not at all. Problem is that it would never stop pressuring up to over 200 and I wold have to stop it. I know what you are thinking but my systolic has never been over 140. Also Never worked for my wife

the item seems good. the booklet is to small for people to read that need glasses. don’t people who buy bp machines older
who need large print.
