Very nice display. Its all blue, and bright. Inflating is very quick, deflating is very slow, but I think I know why: It needs to read the heart’s beats. I guess it makes sense.
What is horrible is the application. Very crude application to say the least. Bluetooth and app integration is horrible. Setting the time and date on the machine itself is a pain you know where. Reading the result on the machine itself? Well good luck on that. Impossible to do it! Looks like they got the hardware more or less OK, but the software needs tons of work. Shame on you Beurer, You are selling us junk!

Not happy with this Bluetooth BP machine. So far I haven’t gotten a BP. I keep getting error displays (I am a nurse, I know how to use a BP cuff and I know how to follow directions) can’t seem to get it to connect to my phone via Bluetooth. I suspect this might have something to do with the error codes that display.
I also ordered the scale and waiting on the Beurer products to see if it’s the machine issue or just a very complicated device. I will post once I figure out more.

This is my second Breurer Blood Pressure monitor and I decided to buy after my first one purchased 10 years ago had the best accuracy when verified with hospital grade machine. This model has disappointed me for various reasons :
a) Hurts the Forearm – Unfortunately, the previous model had this over-inflation which almost hurts the arm. This one is no different even if one wears it as per instruction. For those who are sensitive to over-inflation, please look elsewhere. The biggest problem is when it inflates twice during the measurement due to errors and next time it hurts even more. 1 out of 5 marks for wearing comfort during measurement.
b) Accuracy – Accuracy is hit and miss and never comes close to the origin Breurer models. Slight difference in ho you wear it changes the readings significantly. 3 out of 5 marks for accuracy.
c) Patchy Software – Instructions are not very complete and once I was able to get the app running I found that it has very basic functionality. As someone who heads the SDLC (software development life-cycle) in a healthcare company, is it very clear that the App has been made as an afterthought versus making it useful. No wonder on the app store the app has a rating of 2.8 and has only 10 K + downloads. My advise to the Breuer team is to think innovatively so that app has better adoption rate which will lead to more products being sold.
Overall giving 3 out of 5 marks and will be returning this item. Time to look for other products.

I paid the extra couple dollars for this version due to the app. the app doesn’t work! I’m not happy with it as it does not do what it was purported to do.

We’ve only owned this for six months and it just stopped working. And it has had very little use. It’s not like we wore it out. When it does decide it wants to attempt to take your blood pressure you always get an error message. But most of the time it just doesn’t even attempt to work. It just sits there and does nothing. Crap. Avoid.

First, The direction supplied, if you can call them that are absolutely useless. Much trial and error was the only way to figure out how to set the date, time, etc. By then, the memory was filling up with garbage data with no way to delete it. Almost ready to throw it out in disgust. Then, after several E-Mails to Beurer, I finally got instructions on how to delete ALL info from the memory and start over with what I learned. Now it is the greatest Blood Pressure monitor I have used, especially with the Blue Tooth capability. So, do not despair when you get it and want to chuck it. You can’t hurt it. When you finish playing with it, the start the E-Mails to delete everything and start over and you will love it. I also have the PO60 Pulse Oximeter.

This is the one I choose after a lot of research.I didn’t want an Omen even thou they rate high, cause I had one and it was off by 10 or more on the high side, that’s not good.This Brauer is accurate I know it is from comparing it to going to the Doctor all the time. Here’s some tips for blood pressure taking , do it in the morning, don’t eat before And especially never drink coffee before just drink water and sit still for at least 5 mins before. These tips are gold !! Oh and don’t SMOKE before !!

Clearly – this gift product was a mistake. And now the window return has passed.
A waste of $50 and I’m not happy about it!
