    I’ve used it 4 times since it arrived. 3 times on my father and once on myself. I’ve had hypertension for many years. I’ve been taking RX meds for 18 years. I am also an administrator in healthcare. I am also CPR certified and I also know how to check my blood pressure the old fashion original way before techinially took over. It seems to be very accurate which is what we need. Since my father and I have been having low blood pressure for a while now. He is 84 yrs old end stage renal failure on dialysis 3 days a week. He also has heart disease, Parkinson’s & takes 4 blood pressure RX’s to control his blood pressure. He runs low now often and doesn’t feel it because of dialysis treatment the past 3 yrs. he even drops so low during dialysis he passes out from low BP. He just recently stopped taken 1 BP RX. I am hoping to get him off of 1 more with the help and monitoring of several of his drs. I need to take is BP at least once a day at home. Our old machine just stopped working after many years of use. I like this 1 more then the old one that was probably 8-9 years old.

    Works very well. I took it to my Doctor’s office and right after the nurse measured my BP in my right arm, I measured my BP in my left arm. Both readings were exactly the same. Very pleased.

    Better than several more expensive brands when compared to doctors. Easy to use, cuff fits nicely (I am female, 40 lbs overweight, flabby) with room to spare. Very easy to use (I am 65 yrs old and tech savvy but simple for anyone i think). Only thing I’d change is longer cord from monitor to cuff.

    This is a really nice unit. I bought this for my wife and she said she likes it better than the one it replaced. Very accurate! The only thing she didn’t like was that it didn’t come with an AC adapter. So I went on the Internet and found one for around 8 dollars. I bought a Rocketfish RF-MIC90 AC Power Adapter Charger 5V DC 0.6A with Micro USB End Tip on e bay.

    I called the customer service number in the ad before I purchased to see how the Customer Service was for this product. I got a hold of them very quickly and had a great conversation with them letting them know I was just checking the customer service before purchase. I was assured that it was a great product and told that if for any reason it did not work to not hesitate calling them and they would refund me the purchase price. They asked why I was interested in this particular item and I mentioned I was getting it because it was one of very few that had a larger than normal cuff for us bigger folks. And it does. The larger cuff fits me perfectly and I am a big guy with big arms. The monitor has setting for two people, and it stores the readings so I can go back in and record my pressures, time and Heart Rate in my journal. I was told that sometimes the monitor has not worked for some very few people for if that were to happen, my money would be refunded no questions asked. But I do not need to worry about that, it works perfectly for both myself and my father. The price comes across a bit high in my opinion, but I would not hesitate to buy it again if needed as the quality is great, the customer service is great and if your a biger person, the second larger cuff is great.

    I bought this one to replace my older monitor that had the pump ball. I check my blood pressure myself so it was difficult to use one-handed. This monitor is automatic making it easy. The package arrived fast and was packed well. The display is easy to read. I find the voice and music a little annoying but I can understand how others might like it. Either way it is easy to turn off :-). So far satisfied with the purchase and product.

    I am a physician and BP accuracy and consistency is very important. This is the second BP machine I have purchased from this company. The first worked like a charm. When the second one arrived, there was a defect in the LCD screen allowing for visualization of only the first digit of the measured pulse. I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement BP machine quickly with no hassle. The replacement works perfectly. Great customer service and a great machine at a great price

    I just received this a few days ago, so I don’t know how well it will preform over a long time. However, my initial experience is excellent. It was easy to set up once I read the instructions, and it’s easy to use. I turned the sound off, and that also wasn’t very hard to figure out, even though you need to be careful to do everything in the complete sequence, from initial start-up until you get through that part. At first, I stopped after setting the date and tried to use the device. That got me out of sequence, so I had to start over and keep going through the steps to turn the sound off. It actually was pretty easy once I decided to follow all the instructions before testing it.

    The blood pressure readings appear accurate and correspond well with my blood pressure at the doctor’s office. If I have problems later, I’ll update my review, but at this point I give it five stars.

    By the way, if you prefer to plug it into an outlet, you can get a 6V DC power supply at any of the stores that sell things for phones and computers. I may do that if the batteries don’t last long enough. It came with four AAA batteries, and the instructions said that they are just for testing and should
    be replaced with batteries that can last longer. Battery replacement is very easy, much more user-friendly than with most other devices.
