She was diagnosed with high blood pressure and her doctor recommended she get one of these. After I gave it to her, she likes how easy it is to use. She took it to her doctor to find out if it was accurate. It is. She uses it twice a day, every day. She is very happy with it and how it helps her to manage her HBP. For the price, it’s an excellent buy.

This particular unit had to be returned due to the fact that the numbers received, when calibrated, were off approximately 15-20 points. No problem returning it to the shipper with the exception that I lost the money that I had payed for the original shipping and had to return it at my expense.

I had trouble trying to use this even though I followed the instructions included. It kept reading my blood pressure as in the 200-300 range, and I compared it with an upper arm monitor’s readings which were accurate at about 130/90. I later learned that there is a different way to hold a wrist monitor up to your chest, but I had already sent it back for a refund. I bought a sphygmomanometer (old fashioned, manual blood pressure monitor) for less than this cost. I wanted something that could travel easily to keep at work or to take on trips.

Very easy to use. I compared the results of this wrist monitor to a professionally calibrated arm monitor and the readings were extremely similar (the same readings would be almost impossible). It takes up very little space. My only worry is that the batteries will run out quickly. I’ve only used the monitor approx. 10 times and the batteries are ok so far. I intend to use rechargeable batteries to make it more economical. I think it’s a very good value overall. Good luck and may beautiful blood pressure always be yours!

Fit well on my wrist, I have somewhat chubby wrists, and that was great. Works well, gives accurate readings, easy to use.

The instructions were easy to understand and that was a plus. This was my first time buying one of these. The price was leas than I had seen elsewhere and it arrived fast.

I can’t say whether this is accurate or not, as I bought this to help me do my own prenatal care. So I have no comparisons to offer. However, I’ve used it multiple times, both following the instructions & deviating (using while I felt a bit lightheaded to see if BP had something to do with the cause). It’s comfortable, easy to use, and, *in my opinion only*, it’s accurate for what I need it for.

The memory function is a great feature, too! I have kids, so papers get lost. Fact of life around here. Thus, I depend upon the memory to show me how my BP fluctuates over time. Easy to plug a reading into memory & to recall it later. Deleting is a cinch.

For those who know nothing of BP numbers, it has some helpful features – it lets you know if your reading’s normal, concerning, or high. Plus, it takes your pulse & lets you know if there was an abnormal heartbeat going on during the reading. Check out your numbers online, especially if you know what your normal is (and if that normal is different from everyone else’s normal) so you can be more informed about your body. Don’t let all the ‘only doctors can tell you if your numbers are good or bad’ disclaimers scare you. Reading BP numbers is a simple thing to do, and once you know where the ranges are – specifically, where your ranges are, you’ll be able to read with even greater accuracy than a doctor who doesn’t know your inner workings as well as you do.

All in all, it’s helping me become more familiar with & knowledgeable about the way my body works during pregnancy, which is invaluable. I’ll certainly be using this to keep an eye on my BP once baby is earthside.

I definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn’t know how or care to do it the manual way. It’s good to know what’s going on, when to seek medical attention, and when treatment at home is enough.

Inaccurate par excellence. I bought to see how it gets so bad review and I had to check it myself. The maker should know how to test it out before they can put this on the market.
I’m not talking about difference between those measuring blood pressure at wrist level compared to arm level. There will be difference between (with the wrist one lower value). No, it is about how wild numbers it gives – actually higher than arm model when I checked at a drug store and a clinic side by side.

This item should be discontinued by the maker.

Im a nurse in a nursing home and use a auto blood pressure cuff for patient comfort and ease. The cuff takes forever to fill with air, and fills with a ‘whimper’. Ive check it agains a well fitting manual cuff and it was off by over 15mm on the systolic reading. Ive used other auto wrist cuff in the past and should have bought another one as Ive though overall there not horrible just this one feels cheap.
