I purchased this blood pressure monitor for myself as I am advised to monitor and now my whole family is using it. It’s just fun to use it given the great design, portability and how fast it gives us accurate measures.
I am also figured out quickly to save my daily results and see the historical data so when I speak to my GP I can let her know the results for the past 90 days. It’s very useful and easy to do so.
I also really liked that its battery powered so I don’t need to worry about having a socked around me.
My advice would be for future users is to follow the instructions given by the manufacturer and not to smoke, eat or drink before using for the most accurate results. It works the best in my opinion if you’re sitting comfortably with a straight back and wait some time before start measuring it.
The best if you have a table in front of you so you can rest your hand on it while measuring your blood pressure.
It’s overall a really good, well designed monitor with a large screen and easy navigation in the menu. It’s not hard to learn all the functions and the whole family can use it

I have been using an Omron M2 BPM daily for some years now just to keep an eye on my BP, as it always measures high when taken in a medical environment. White coat syndrome. Of late the Omron seemed to be coming up with error messages too often.
Omron say their machines should be tested and re-certified by them every 2 years. Inside the 3 year warranty period it’s free, outside £30. My unit is at least 4 years old, so service at £30, replace at around £33, or buy a completely new machine?
Decided to look at what else was on the market, and saw this Roffie RP10.
Advantages over the Omron?
Price – under £20.
Larger back-lit display.
Greater memory capacity for readings (90 vs. 30) with added functionality – averaging of last three readings.
Time and date recorded with each reading.
Greater cuff fitting range – 8.6-16.5” vs. 9-13”.
So, how is it for me in practice?
Accuracy?
This device is built to satisfy the requisite International accuracy and safety standards, details of which are given in the manual that comes with it.
BP rises and falls for a number of reasons, including when taken during the day, so whilst I knew there was little point in taking measurements alternating between the two machines, I did anyway.
Result? All within the same ball-park range.
Display?
Bright and large. Easier to use in a room with low light levels.
Cuff?
Compared to the Omron the cuff is slightly stiffer, larger, and has much more Velcro. Nonetheless once on it’s comfortable, and I’m sure will lose some of its slight stiffness over time.
Memory?
I use a Samsung Health app to record my ‘vitals’. It and other sources say you should take 2-3 measurements, twice a day, around the same time each day, and average them.
My Samsung app does this to show trend, but if I wasn’t using it I would need to do the sums. The Roffie RP10 does this averaging for you using the last 3 readings if you press and hold the memory button from the ‘off’ position.
Also, readings are recorded with date and time against them, which is useful if you are keeping a record and miss doing it at the time.
Conclusion?
Overall I’m very pleased with this machine, although I would have liked a storage bag to have been included, but it’s well made, and a great price. My Omron can now retire and take life easy!

I always wanted one of these and I recently started to get dizzy spells so thought I’d try it out. It’s so easy to use. Quality is good and instructions are easy to follow. Although I’m not an expert on what the read out means it will let you know if you are low, average or high and the booklet gives you some info on what blood pressure should be.
I use this for my mum too. I’ve attached pictures of both mine and her blood pressure results. As you can see it’s very easy to read. All you do is insert batteries / put on cuff and hit start. Recommend

This is neat little gadget. Love the little carry bag also. However, it is a bit too small for my husband’s large wrist so the accuracy is off a bit on him. We had a nurse come and show us just how to use it, which made a big difference. If you don’t follow directions exactly you could get a misread. It was fairly simple to set up and easy to use. You must turn your wrist up towards the ceiling, and best if you prop your arm at chest (heart) level making sure to keep your wrist turned up. I didn’t know this the first time. If you have a rather large wrist, this might not work as well since it can’t fit the way it’s designed to fit. Therefore, we have to return it for that reason alone. This is the best home BP monitor I have used! So much simpler to use than the cuffs that go around the upper arm, and are difficult to position properly by yourself. I bought this because my arm cuff was reading too high compared to my doctor’s office as well as the cuffs I would use at the drug store or Walmart, which were all consistent with each other. This one is much closer to those, and gives me peace of mind that my BP meds are working well. It is easy, quick and painless. Just follow the simple directions and make sure the cuff is at the level of your heart–that’s easy to do if you rest your elbow on the desk or table in front of you and hold your had with the palm facing you so the cuff is positioned half-way between your elbow and your shoulder. Batteries seem to last a long time–I have had it about a month, am using it daily and am still on the same batteries that came with it. Very, very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this monitor as my doctor has asked me to monitor my own blood pressure for a period at regular intervals at home, and my old one was faulty.
Arrived a day after ordered in a well but simply packaged box. Instructions minimal but easy to understand. Simple to set up and use, and it has a bright display showing clearly the results of pressure and pulse.
Only disappointing thing was no batteries included so had to go and buy some, but that is made clear on the product sales screen.
On the positive side it has auto shut off to make sure you do not waste the batteries life
I really like the adjustable cuff that really is a one-size-fits-all. It’s simple to put on and I don’t have to overtighten it to fit my arm as I had to with my previous monitor.
I have used it several times over the last few days and very pleased with the product.

This is the second BP monitor I have purchased from Amazon as well. I bought this one for myself because as a pre-med student, I know that high bp is the most commonly shared pre-existing condition for COVID patients, accounting for 30-50% of them. I take a measurement on my girlfriend and myself once a week just to make sure we are sitting within the normal range, and if we’re too high, we will adjust our diet for that following week which will typically lower our bp by ~5-10 mmHg.
This monitor does the job at a reasonable price, I especially loved its carrying bag because I can just hang it over my storage bin. The digital screen gives you reading very fast compared to other bp monitors I’ve played with before, I’d highly recommend this product to anyone who needs one.

This blood pressure is to be used on the upper arm. I like it because it works even with a shirt on and it’s still accurate. You only have to press one button and it starts measuring your blood pressure so make sure you have it on correctly before pressing the button. It works with batteries or an AC adapter but I was missing the adaptor, its not issue because I always have extra batteries. It also records previous blood pressure. So far I like it because its very easy to use, the numbers are also very easy to read, and it is small enough to be portable.

Great blood pressure monitor !
Overall this is a good home monitor blood pressure reader at a great price! I am 58 years old and suffer from high blood pressure What I like the most is that this device even detects any heart arrhythmia, meaning any irregularities in my heart pulsation. I t feels very reliable in its reading and overall performance as I comprarte it to the stereotype device I own for years. I appreciate the automation and readings exactness it provides on a daily basis that I don’t have to recur to the help of and extra hand.
I Feel very comfortable reading my results as it has a huge monitoring display! I use this device very often as I struggle thinking about the Pandemia of COVID-19. I feel a bit more relax having this device functioning by my side .
As far as the build quality it pretty much feels well built! The material used are well used in its design! I am an engineer and always look at the finished quality of a product ! This item was designed with care and appreciation.
I invested on recharging batteries and really I don’t have to recharge so far after 20 days of usage. But it saves money in the long run to have rechargeable batteries!
I like to mention to any readers here to read all the PROS on this little but packed with technology device.

Overall, This is a great investment. I really enjoy using it and I do recommend you to invest on this great machine.
