This product is very easy to use. Seems like pretty good quality. I haven’t been able to check the accuracy for sure yet but I will. It is audible, meaning that it talks to you, which would be fine except the voice is clearly an Asian person speaking English, and not very well.

I have massive biceps and as a result most blood pressure cuffs tend to give an inaccurate reading of my blood pressure. I have purchased $100+ machines that were off by as much a 20-30 mmHg on systolic and diastolic pressures as compared to my doctor’s manual sphygmomanometer. The readings always err on the high side making it look like I have moderate hypertension, when I have only mild hyptertenison.
This machine has a thinner cuff and it comfortably fits around my biceps with room to spare. If I raise my arm so that the cuff is at heart level and sit and relax for five minutes, then this gives me highly accurate reading that match up with my doctor’s equipment. I like the fact that it has irregular heartbeat detection and the voice telling me that my ”Blood pressure is normal” is actually satisfying and comforting.

A LOT OF TIMES WHEN THEY SAY THEIR BP CUFF IS LARGE – IT REALLY IS NOT.
BUT NOT WITH THIS ONE, THEY SAY IT IS A LARGE CUFF AND IT IS REALLY A VERY LARGE CUFF.
AND EVEN BETTER – IT SEEMS TO BE VERY SENSITIVE AND DOESN’T PUMP UP SO HIGH THAT IT CAUSES YOU PAIN LIKE SOME CUFFS DO ON THESE AT HOME MACHINES.
VERY HAPPY WITH THIS HOME BLOOD PRESSURE MACHINE – BEST I EVER TRIED.
