It is an excellent blood pressure monitor that adopted Bluetooth technology that we can follow all the tests. Additionally, the app would analyze our health status. Besides, I should mention that our location must be shared during Bluetooth connection that I am not satisfied. Although I don’t have another machine to validate its result, the heart rate is similar between this product and my smart bracelet. Thus, I believe its results are accurate. Unfortunately, only 4 AAA batteries are included, which means that we should buy a DC adapter if we need it.

This 1byone blood pressure monitor can save data to 1byone health App in my iPhone automatically through Bluetooth connection, I feel it much smarter than my old Omron blood pressure meter, the portable design can let it both for home use and travelling, because it use the batteries inside. The big 4.7 inch display screen is very clear to read the test result, and the test result is the accurate as my Omron Blood pressure meter, I will recommend my fiend to have it in the future.

I just received this a few days ago, but so far I love it. My doctor is trying to find out why my blood pressure is fluctuating so much, so I’ve had to monitor and write it down for months.
I must be getting old to be excited about a blood pressure monitor, but it is great not to have to write it down!
I have arthritis and my vision isn’t great, this is very easy to use and read- much better than the other two I have had (including putting on and taking off the cuff).
The app is very easy to download and use, the fact that I can have an easy record of it will make me doctor visits much easier.
So far it seems to be accurate.
Mine did not come with batteries, I was suspicious it was a return, but I was not sure, an decided to give it a try.
I will update if I have any issues with it.

The date/time on exported data does not match when reading was taken. This makes it confusing when my dr asks why I was up at 1am and 4am taking my BP.

The device does not register a systolic pressure over 200. If it reads over 200 it adjusts it down to 200. If you try to manually enter a reading with systolic over 200 it gives message invalid amount. This device needs to simply record the number as it is. My systolic has been as high as 228. If if reads 200 it does not get the same attention.

Easy set up & easy to use, the app is user friendly. I love to be able to have my numbers for my doctor to see at my appointments. Very happy with my purchase.

An easy way to keep a lookup to my grama’s blood pressure at home. Very accurate and easy to read. It comes with a manual that explains everything and you may also find videos explaining everything about it online too. Comfortably for travel too as it comes in it’s purse.
Fast delivery ( got it in 48hours)
Just make sure to have 4 AAA batteries home , cause it doesn’t come with it.

Easy to use once you have it all setup. I like the bluetooth logging the best but I wouldn’t have been able to figure this unit out if not for the manual. Selecting the secondary user is done when the unit is off and after depressing the M for 2 seconds. The date and time setup is not straightforward either. Since the unit is Bluetooth capable, 1byOne would be better off enabling setup through the app on the phone. The size of the unit is slightly smaller than other machines. The unit is on the quiet side but I gave it a 4 because of the complicated setup and it didn’t come with a power adapter.

I have high blood pressure and had bought a wrist blood pressure monitor from Amazon some time ago. I thought I was doing really well until I went to my doctor’s and their reading was considerably higher than the one my machine had been giving me! My doctor told me the wrist monitors aren’t nearly as reliable as the arm monitors. I got this one yesterday and it is more in line with my doctor’s machine. It also connects to an app in my phone to track my readings so I can print them as a PDF and bring it to the doctor’s office. So far pretty happy. It does take 4 AAA batteries which are not included.

Portable and quite lightweight blood pressure monitor with fast measurement time. Comes with an adult cuff with size 22-42 cm, meaning it can covers the range of small, medium, and large bp cuffs. Measurements were found to be reasonably similar when compared to a second device, note: make sure measurements are carried out by the book (in this case, the user manual). Read through the instructions, tips and tricks to ensure good measurements. Allows two separate user profiles. Data can be stored in an app for each profile. I used MedM BP app with an Android device, and data – blood pressure and heart rate – gets synced to the app almost immediately after the device finishes taking measurements. The size of the display is larger, not a huge fan of the display as I usually prefer black lcd displays and not white on black background, as is the case with this monitor. Having said that, this is only a very minor concern and gets oeclipsed by the overall merit of the unit.

    Very impressed.

    App integrates with Apple health.

Only thing that would be nice is a companion app for the Apple Watch but given the price you really can’t ask for more.

Nice big easy to read display.

I bought this for my dad. He’s a senior and I wanted something that could connect to an app to save readings, but where an app wasn’t required. This is big upgrade from his old wrist blood pressure monitor. The arm-cuff readings are more accurate. The display is really nice. Just press the Start button and within seconds the display shows the measurement. If his phone is next to him, then the reading is synced right away. But if he left is phone somewhere else (like in his bedroom) that’s no problem, because the measurement will be stored so it can be synced to the phone later. This is great! The app is straightforward and no-frills. The cuff is big but still fits smaller arms just fine. I’m happy with this and, more importantly, my dad’s happy, too.

I love this product. The accuracy is unmatched. I had my blood pressure taken many times at the doctors’ office and this one is identical to the numbers they give. It’s at the same time of day with no food, just different location. Besides, they make dozens and dozens of medical devices so I’m confident there devices are accurate and true.

Ease of use. Thumbs up! It can’t be easier. Wrap the arm band around your bare biceps. Tighten to allow about 2 fingers under it. Make sure the tube area is up. The arm band has a picture to make it fool proof. Then push START. After about 30 seconds. It’s done. If you paired it with your phone, it will attempt to send to it for about 1 min. Then it shuts off automatically to save battery.

Exporting data. Thumbs up! The device itself will remember all previous sessions. Once you pair it up with your phone, you can sync all previous sessions to your phone. I used it about 2 weeks with about 21 sessions. After the 2 weeks, i finally had the chance to install the app on my phone. To my surprise, all the sessions were imported once I ran my 1st session while it was paired via Bluetooth. Awesome! Luckily i wrote this review today as of today Dec 17, 2020, I’m able to export to Excel or XLS format. Last week, it would have been thumbs down. because it did not work when I tried to use the ”Export PDF”. Looks like they had a problem developing that so they changed it to export to XLS. See my pictures.

Price. Thumbs up! This thing is inexpensive. At first, I thought it was too cheap to be accurate. I was wrong. It’s very accurate at a great low price.

Appearance. Thumbs up! Looks nice. It’s not modern looking but it looks like a reliable medical device. Let’s say I wouldn’t leave it on the coffee table.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family.
