Made some really nice bread with this product . Works out much cheeper than the stuff you buy in the supermarket .
I usually leave the dough an hour at least to rise ideally an 1½ hours .
Then knock it back for a couple of minutes.
Then another 30-40 minutes to prove once in the bread tin ( warm the tin under the hot tap first and dry) which needs to be lightly oiled .
Always use a preheated oven .
The secret to good bread is being patient and giving the dough chance to rise .
If you want crusty loaf then add sugar to your mixture , if you want a soft crust add a little oil and coat the dough with oil before baking .

Not a bad price (I paid more in April) arrived in good time and well packed.
It will last me around 5-6 months as I make 2-3 loafs a week as I prefer it to commercial bread.
It’s easy to work with, add 7g of yeast to 500g of strong bread flour, add 10g salt, some sugar to help the yeast to start and I add 40g by weight of olive oil to the mix
Add around 350ml of hand warm water in and mix until it’s mixed into the nice soft dough, let it rise, knock back and put into a well buttered bread tin.
Let it rise again put oven on (200 degrees) once it has re-risen and place in oven for around 30 minutes.
Once cooked, empty onto a cake rack to cool with a clean tea towel over the top.
Once cooled cut, butter and enjoy !

I was slightly dismayed when I realised that this was not due to arrive for 2 weeks, but that was down to my own carelessness. The information was all there – but Juggins forgot to check…
It arrived on time and proved to be worth the wait – fresh stock with a 2 year storage life. Not that it’ll last that long. It’s much more lively than the yeast I had been using, making it easier to fit breadmaking into my day, so it’ll be happening more regularly. Result!

When I couldn’t buy my normal bread yeast due to pandemic I looked to amazon to help and came across this product – the dried yeast looks exactly the same as the content of the silly packets I used to buy, and it works just the same in my bread maker, its much easier to use (no getting scissors out every time) and per loaf of bread it must work out at about 1/10th of the cost. I’ll be buying this again !!

Bought as a last resort because I could not get any in shops. Just made my first loaf with it in a Panasonic machine and very pleased with result. This will be my go to yeast from now on.

I tested them against my other BP cuff and this one is really close and to my other BP wrist cuff. They at times are just nearly right on, but usually w/i 10MM/HG of each other. Very satisfied w/ this instrument.
