    I purchased this product because of its Bluetooth transfer of data to an app on my phone. Good luck trying that, of course I paired it with my phone and downloaded the app and yes the app tells me a data transfer is taking place but it does not show that data on the app, I have to manually input the values onto the app. 24 hours later and yes I even jumped up and down on one foot while turning clockwise and reciting Pi down to 24 numbers this horrible piece of junk will still not show the transferred data points on the app. OK call customer service and ask for technical help, oh great you get an answering machine telling you that all customer service representatives are busy and to leave your name and number along with device and reason you’re calling and they just might call you back. Fine I’ll go to the website, shoulda known better, no place that I could find to trouble shoot this junk an wait, it gets better, if you watch the video on how to use this crap the app shown is in a different language than English even though I have English selected.

    Do yourself a favor and find something that works.

    After reading several reviews on Beurer, I decided to buy this device and patiently awaited its arrival.

    Today I decided to set it up and give it a run, the results were APPALLING!

    First:
    1) The Bluetooth function does not work – it took me a while of tinkering with my iphone to realize that you need to go into the app setting and allow it to use Bluetooth. Caution – This enables Siri and you know your data is now open…

    2) The device will not connect with the iphone – throw everything and the kitchen sink at it – nothing happens.

    Second
    I decided to check my BP and it showed 129/49. Immediately after I did a second read – now my BP went to 117/65.

    Third
    The battery compartment is built in such a way that you need to angle it in an odd manner to get the two batteries in.

    Fourth
    You will receive instructions in every language conceivable but nothing on troubleshooting. You’d think these guys would have perfected their key selling feature and had a section on how to get it going?!

    It is unfortunate that the reviews and claim of German manufacturing appear to be just a sales pitch – this is a piece of garbage – I WASTED MY TIME

    Trust me, if you have hypertension – this will knock it into overdrive once you have had the same experience as I did, and with difficulty, you repackage it!

    In order to re-do the programming you have to remove a battery – completely losing all settings. I never was able to get blue-tooth to work after having to go through the entire date/time/settings reprogramming about 6 times. The instructions are terrible and my phone would not pair with it.

    In the end, it does not work reliably, even if you ignore the bluetooth problem. I got one reading out of three attempts, the other two were ”EE” errors.

    The instructions were hard to follow and the machine was poorly designed. When setting up the machine the date format was not USA. Wouldn’t connect to my phone. Customer service spit out solutions with out understanding issue. Machine’s menu not easy to access. Suggested correction was to remove battery to get to the set-up procedure. People that use blood pressure devices may not be able to figure out what someone was trying to say when a manual is translated to American English.

    I was skeptical about this wrist blood pressure monitor at first. It was recommended to me by a friend, but i always preferred the traditional one that goes on your upper arm. I’m pretty happy with these results though. It’s so easy to use and all the readings have been accurate. It’s also very easy to set up the app on your smart phone so I can keep track of everything on my phone! I don’t have to keep looking back at the blood pressure monitor. Overall very pleased.

    The design of the item is sleek, but the Bluetooth functionality is difficult to figure out. The directions aren’t clear as to how to actually transmit the data to the app. I’d expect it to be real time, but it appears to not be. I keep pressing buttons in different sequences until it seems to transfer the info – shouldn’t be that difficult. Since I bought it for Bluetooth (and wrist cuff), it’s a 1.

    This is a terrible product. I have no idea how it has received so many good reviews.

    To start with, the instructions are horrible. It has a thick booklet that is worthless, so we had to go to Youtube to see how to program it. We were able to get the time correctly on it, but it always says ”AM.” We could not figure out how to get it to PM. Also, the date started with 1/1/2015, so this product is at least six years old (purchased it early 2021), so it is not a current model. Next, we could not get it to connect to the app via the Bluetooth function. (That was one of the reasons I purchased this particular model.) The Bluetooth symbol would show up but it would never connect. Don’t even get me started on the app, which is equally horrible. Additionally, when putting it back in the case, you have to fold it and configure it so absolutely perfectly, or the lid won’t shut. They should have made the case a bit bigger for ease of use. It did read the blood pressure, but we don’t know if it was correct or not, because it hasn’t been compared to the doctor’s. It seemed in the range, if a bit low. Cheaper brands of blood pressure wrist cuffs work just as well. Our old wrist cuff was $19.99 from Walgreens, and we had it for about five years before it died. It was accurate within a few digits of the doctor’s office and came with a case, unfortunately, they don’t make it anymore. This is a terrible product- from instructions to design to functionality. Do not recommend.

    I bought this for it’s the ability to sync with my phone app over another brand. But after dealing with the setup, and trying to pair with my iPhone XR, it would never pair. The device showed up on my phone once……gave the unable to pair message a few times….and never showed up as discoverable again. Reset the device (taking the battery out) about 6 times with the same result. Instructions have a QR code for compatible devices, but it brings up a page in German.

    Will return and keep looking.

    This blood pressure monitor has been helpful in giving me daily readings. I needed something I could use at home, that was quick to put on and fit securely – this did the trick. It’s easy to read, with the extra large digital screen. I like that it has 2 user memories too, in case anyone else in the family needs to use it. A bonus is the HealthCoach app which gives me additional insights, with overviews of my results.
