This is like the Cadillac of blood pressure monitors. So easy to use! I love that it is all one peice, takes less space and i dont have to worry about pulling the cord. It does squeeze a little tight, but totally bearable. The material is comfortable and its easy to put on. Way better than my mothers old Omron. This is great for my hubby and I to share and travel with. I have a 13” arm and hubby has a14”.

This really scared me. I thought my blood pressure was through the roof for weeks- went to see a doctor only to be told the blood pressure cuff was giving extremely inaccurate readings. had to return!

I had been looking for such a user friendly and high quality material blood pressure monitor for a while till I found this one. It’s delivered in 2 days and I tested it. The results are absolutely accurate. I have to use too many medical device and equipment for my special needs complex care needed daughter such as stethoscope, pulse oximeter, suction machine, CPT west, nebulizer, concentrator, blood pressure monitor, feeding pump and etc. Now, this blood pressure monitor is one of the inevitable devices in our inventory. I can definitely recommend it to special needs families. Because, you can not find this much easy to use and high quality built with this price for a blood pressure monitor in the market. There is no battery you need. It’s is just chargeable with a USB cable from any USB source. Well planned!

This blood pressure monitor has a really neat design to it that got a lot of praise around here as it was passed around and tested out over a number of days. We tested it against a few other options that some of my colleagues brought in and the accuracy seems to be close enough to count (no noticeable margin of error to be worried about).
What is nice is how user-friendly the monitor is. It comes with a nice plastic case to store everything in and allows you to pack it down to store easily in a cabinet or drawer. It comes out and slides onto your arm quickly and before you know it, you are taking your measurement.
It is quiet yet still very effective when it comes to applying the right amount of pressure and fast enough. You’d think that it would take forever to fill but it really doesn’t. It’s quite close to using a full-size unit in fact.
The controls are simple and like most consumer options, you only get a few buttons. One for start/stop, one for memory, and a switch on the side for power. There is a USB port for charging it and you seem to get a lot of use out of it on a single charge.
There really isn’t anything to complain about. It looks nice, operates fine, and is super friendly.

Pros:
1. Very nice design, great looking.
2. Well built, solid, but not bulky or large.
3. Display numbers are clear, and large bright blue. The icons are easy to read as well.
4. Comes with nice case.
5. The fact that any 5v USB charger can be used to charge the internal lithiun-ion battery sure beats having to buy an expensive proprietary one.
6. Fair accuracy. Although Systolic was about 5-7 points higher, and the diastolic readings were 6-10 points lower compared to BP monitor I own that I have taken to Cardiologist’s Office and proved accurate.
Here are several consecutive readings I took minutes apart from one another without moving, feet flat on the ground, arm supported on a desk, and not thinking of anything stressful:
131/63 3:36PM pumped up to 175 (44 points too high)
130/55 3:41PM pumped up to 171 (41 points too high)
122/59 3:46PM pumped up to 161 (39 points too high)
132/70 3:53PM pumped up to 162 (30 points too high)
136/53 4:00PM pumped up to 174 (38 points too high)
Cons:
1. Thirty to 44 points over inflation compared to final read out. This is not only a deal breaker, but a blood vessel compressor that is painful.
2. It is very loud!! It pumps up fast, furious and loud giving you high blood pressure just listening to it. On top of that, it way over inflates for the readings it needs to deliver. It then goes down very slowly to get the reading.
3. It is awkward to put this stiff cuff on, and the Velcro is real ”grabby”. I found that once it is in the right position and firmly attached, the best thing to do, is to just slide it off once the reading is finished, and re-use it the next time by sliding it back into the same position rather than ripping it off and fight with it to get on again.
I have evaluated this Lovia upper arm all in one B.P. meter as fairly and unbiased as possible for future purchasers to make their own decisions.
