He’s never worked properly they definitely were not accurate I need it for medical reasons for blood monitoring my blood pressure and it never was accurate it was either extremely high or extremely low the worst worst watch and I bought two of them one as a gift and I hear she’s having problems with that also I would recommend this for a anyone

So I ordered this watch in February for my husband and he has loved it until now. We were at a splash pad with our young son and the watch got wet. We weren’t concerned because it is waterproof, however, it stopped working. I assumed the battery was dead, but nope the watch is dead. And, of course, after the support period. I gave this 2 stars because my husband loved the device, although I would only give a single star because it’s not waterproof, despite it saying it is, and the brightness is not adjustable on the device. If you decide to purchase this item, consider it a disposable item.

Wrist band clips on with two small metal tabs so it never securely fits around your wrist and comes undone all the time. I threw it out after a week.

I think this products software is preset to show your BP with in certain range of low and hight BP. I will not recommend it to buy this. Bad product.

Easy app to use. The accuracy is a little spotty, I work where I have to push carts and such and when doing these activities it does not capture my activity well.

This device was good at first. It came with no directions so I figured out how to charge it. BTW you can only charge it using a USB drive in your computer. It wouldn’t charge on a USB adaptor chord though. It came with the wrong time but after one full charge it reset itself for the correct time. I used it for 4 months. Then one day after charging it the time was off by 3 hours and several minutes. I haven’t been able change the time since even with a full charge. It still works as a pedometer but not as a watch. I compared the blood pressure readings to my doctor’s and it was with 10 to 15 points of accuracy. Usually lower than the Dr’s reading. I passed it on to my little one for a toy.
