The product came with scratches on it and dirty and the manual was for a different product with different controls but besides that item works great.

My mom loves it very easy to use and being in color yellow for low BP to green is perfect and red being dangerous helps her along so far her BP has been great with this easy to use unit thank you

This little thing sucks battery. I put Energizer battery and in about 3 weeks it’s dead. The original died in less than 2 weeks

This product is fantastic because it’s half the size of my elbow cuff which is perfect for traveling. I like that it’s automatic and has a voice reminder to hold the cuff up to heart level, this is great because most people get inaccurate readings because they forget to do this. That can cause you to take emergency medicine and not need it, which is obviously dangerous and should be avoided for obvious reasons. I definitely don’t regret my purchase and love it’s convenience in my purse and travel bag.

It’s truly easy to read and the verbal readout is effective, but what was missing were operating and setup instructions. It comes with date and time recording BUT no instructions on how to set the correct date/time also no troubleshooting for the frequent error codes / messages. bottom line no owner manual available.

The voice announcing your blood pressure is loud and clear. I wish it would just say one 120 over 70 instead of announcing the millibars. The instruction manual requires better than 20/20 vision but we were able to get it set up. Looks like a company selling blood pressure meters would realize that what they’re selling is bought mostly by seniors who don’t have the best vision. All in all, I’m satisfied.
