I got this wrist blood pressure machine because sometimes it’s nice to just pop it on your wrist and boom you get your reading. I actually have the arm cuff blood pressure machine as well. Anyhow this wrist blood pressure machine is EXTREMELY easy to use and figure out. I didn’t bother reading the instruction manual. It first asks you to set up the date and time. After that you put it on your wrist, press the power button and boom it tightens on your wrist and your readings will be there in a few minutes. The screen is very large and easy to read. I actually used this on my 69 year old Mom (and she plans to keep it) and she loves it. Her previous wrist blood pressure machine broke after many years. I also like that they included free batteries. I tell you companies are getting cheaper these days by not including batteries. The readings are probably not as accurate as the arm cuff one so its really good just for home use. 4 stars in my book.

Purchased for home use. Don’t bother with those unweildly, hard to place arm cuffs!! This BP wrist model is excellent. We’ll made and accurate. Just remember to follow the directions !!! Mine was set for the left wrist. Place it ABOVE the wrist bone, and place your arm (with the attached BP monitor) diagonally across your chest. The blue light atop the monitor will turn blue and begin the monitoring process. Do not move until the monitor completes the process. I recommend this BP monitor.

I bough this blood pressure monitor for my mom. Her doctor asked her to keep a record of daily blood pressure. It’s very convenient and my mom uses it every day. It’s a great gift for seniors. I’ll prob get one more for my auntie. 🙂

This monitor is not accurate. It differs a lot from the arm monitor that I also use and because I am in AFB most of the time it does not show up on the wrist monitor but does on the arm monitor. I think it is defective and needs to be replaced.

I had 2 arm cuff bp monitors, one failed. They both agreed with each other, within reason, for approx 20 yr. Therefore, I know the one that remained was good. When I got the new wrist monitor, I was greatly surprised to see my high bp was perfect. Only it wasn’t. My old monitor said it was still the same. Don’t know which was worse, finding out I still had high bp or had purchased a lemon.
