Lets talk about how this machine nearly killed me and my unborn son. I purchased this machine after carefully reviewing various brands and seeking the most accurate to use during my very high risk pregnancy. My blood pressure meds are dosed based on my blood pressure readings and we couldn’t figure out why my blood pressure would allegedly Spike to insanely high readings and then I would take my meds and it would bottom out. Until we realized this machine is a complete rip off! This machine never has an accurate reading. It always gives a reading that is way higher than it actually is or way lower. I trusted this machine to monitor my blood pressure while I’m pregnant and that was a big mistake!
DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!! IT IS NOT ACCURATE!!!

    UNFORTUNATELY….on 16/Nov/2019 ….2 1/2 months after I purchased the item….it developed an ”AIR LEAK”.
When the machine pumps to about 120 mmhg you can hear a hissing sound, the reads take much longer to complete, and the final numbers are very obviously WRONG. The ”leak” in in the machine not the hose or the cuff.

NOT A GOOD PRODUCT….if it fails only 2.5 months after purchase.

But as soon as I looked up the details of my order…the message is clear as day:
”RETURN WINDOW CLOSED ON SEP 2, 2019”—–
………………..so, I guess I am out of luck and out my money…..

    ORIGINAL FEEDBACK:
Units with LARGE CUFFS are difficult to find.
This one has normal PLUS large cuff.

I know it’s not totally accurate (as we compared to the doctors office) but it’s important to be sure you set it up properly too…it’s pretty close and good enough for record keeping.

This device is TOTALLY INACCURATE (Thus possibly dangerous).
I know this because I BROUGHT THIS DEVICE TO the DRS OFFICE where I used to worked, and COMPARED. It was
    SIGNIFICANTLY
    OFF *5 OUT OF 7 TIMES* !!
When the device is used with your arm at chest level, AS INSTRUCTED, it usually . COMPLETELY DIFFERENT (significant) READING depending on with direction your arm is facing.
For example, when your arm is at chest level, as instructed, with the forearm facing comfortably upwards, not forced, you get a NOTEWORTHY DIFFERENCE, to the arm that’s facing downward, resting in a relaxed manner on the surface.
The instructions show th correct level you should hold your forearm relative to you chest, by cradling the elbow of the arm wearing the device in the other hand. This WILL NOT GIVE AN ACCURATE READING WITH ANY DEVICE. Again, I took patients blood pressure everyday! HOLDING YOUR ELBOW to support the arm in itself will GIVE AN INACCURATE READING, because first, the amount the arm bends will vary enough to likely give a significantly different reading each rime,, and most importantly, thd HAND CRADLING THE ELBOW, will squeeze the arm and ALTER BLOOD FLOW and cause inaccuracies. PLEASE FIND SOMETHING ELSE SO YOU’LL GET ACCURATE (safe) readings!

As a registered nurse it is imperative that I have something to use for a quick study when larger more expensive units are out of reach. Within a few millimeters of accuracy plus or minus, this unit is quite reliable and as such a valuable tool.

My wife and I typically suffer from ‘white coat syndrome’ when we go to the drs, so being able to test blood pressure accurately on our own has been important to us! This blood pressure monitor is great for monitoring blood pressure in pregnancy, which is what my wife has used it for. I personally like to log my bp just to make sure everything is good, as high blood pressure/hypertension runs in my family history. The cuff is adjustable and fits snugly around my wrist, and it also came with a plastic storage case to store it in while not in use. The screen is easy to read, and this product also came with batteries so we could use it right away. We are very pleased with this product and we will continue to use it, especially my wife during her pregnancies and monitoring bp, which is crucial to track in the mid to end of pregnancy.

I purchased a wrist cuff of a different brand before I purchased this one and I never got an accurate reading. This was easy to set up, use and is accurate. According to the wrist cuff I should’ve been stroking out so I decided to search ”best blood pressure cuff” and this came up…I would have to agree…it’s the BEST!

This is so easy to use. it fits right around the wrist. My spouse and I have been using it daily for several months with no issues. I initially bought this version because the traditional home blood pressure monitor we owned had continual errors when it got to be about 3 years old. We bought the newest version of that one, and it never was able to take a reading. So, I returned that one, did some homework, and decided to try the wrist cuff type. This one is simple to use. I usually take my blood pressure lying down with my arm on a pillow – your arm does have to be at heart level. I have also tried it in a seated position, and there is no real difference between the readings. I have larger upper arms, so I am very happy with the wrist cuff, which fits easily. I no longer have to look for an extra large arm cuff!

I have mild hypertension and my Doctor told me to get a blood pressure monitor to track it at home. I did a lot of research, read reviews on different websites, read Amazon reviews, and ultimately settled on this model. It comes with 2 cuffs, one regular and one large. I have large biceps, so this was an appealing option to me.

I have been using this for 3 days now, and the readings seem to be good. The instructions are clear and fairly easy to follow. If need be, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube to help.

I will report back after I have taken the readings and machine to my doctor and see what they say.

The device yields consistent readings with reasonable degree of deviations/error. However, it is not as user friendly, especially when it comes to accessing modes of operation other than just taking a reading. It takes a while to be familiar with its use

    Simple and efficient so far
