As someone who likes to keep track of my health status and nutrition, I thought I’d try out this blood pressure monitor. I was quite pleased with the quality of the monitor, and the cuff is made of nice nylon material. The monitor has a nice weight to it, and the LCD readout is nice and large. The cuff is well-sewn, and comfortable on the arm, with no irritating seams or edges. When the cuff tightens up to do it’s reading, you feel the pressure, but there isn’t anything sharp or pinching. I find the reading to be accurate, just like the machines in my doctor’s office. I really appreciated the very good instruction booklet it comes with, there are specific instructions and directions to follow and it was also very well-written – something that doesn’t always happen these days with overseas-made products. Overall, this is very well worth the cost, a very nice and accurate piece of equipment for under $30.

This is my first blood pressure machine purchase, so I wanted something simple to set up and use. This product fits the bill. Takes 4 AA batteries to get going, simple instructions make it easy to set up before use. I really like that it keeps the readings for 2 people, so my husband and I can both use and track our pressure history. Also gives you a reading for pulse and a flag if it detects irregular heart beat patterns. Super easy to use! Just push a button and it starts, done within seconds. Love that the readings are large, don’t even have to put on my reading glasses to see. Being my first purchase I have nothing to compare it to, but I can’t imagine any other product being better. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. We are all getting older and our health is more of a concern.

The Nursal BP cuff is easy to use. I set it up and got an accurate reading right out of the box. I’m an RN and it worked exactly as a BP machine should. Later I checked the manual to see how to set the date and time. But the BP cuff slides easily onto my left arm and it has a clear marker for where to position near the artery. I like the way you can tighten and secure with just one hand. And finally, the numbers on the display are big and easy to read. I needed a little help getting it registered for the warranty and the Customer Chat person, Andrea, was prompt and helped speed me through the process. Thank you for a fine product.

This is my first electronic blood pressure monitor, so I have nothing to compare it with, but I can say my first impressions have been very positive with this monitor. First off, I noticed the top quality, with a pictured label, barcodes and serial numbers…maybe I’m old fashioned, but a lot of products just don’t seem to speak quality anymore, so you know corners haven’t been cut when you see some of these aspects within a product. On top of that it came with very robust user’s manual, very detailed and easy to understand…with pictures even. A good user’s manual is another hard thing to come by nowadays when it comes to modern electronics. The unit itself has some weight to it, doesn’t feel flimsy…and the cuff feels of the same quality, I had no problem fitting over my arm, which is about 16”.
I placed some batteries in the unit, followed the manual for placing the cuff and hit the “Start” button…it fired up and took my pressure just like at the doctor’s office, very simple to use. My blood pressure matched just about what I have been receiving at the doctor’s office, which passed the accuracy test for me. I then read the directions on setting up the device and activating the other features…everything seemed straight forward and easy to follow according to the user’s manual, so it should be manageable for less tech savvy users. Overall, I’m well pleased with this purchase…a quality device for this price range.
Positives:

• I didn’t need to contact customer support, but when I accessed their website to setup the warranty a customer service “chat” box opened immediately with an agent asking if I needed assistance, so I’m hoping there won’t be an issue if need to reach out for support
Negatives:
• The cuff fit my arm @ 16”, but it may be too small for larger arms…the cuff says the max size is 15.7”
• Care is needed when packing the unit in the proved storage case…make sure to place face up so the “Start” button is not pressed within the case or it will start up if you leave the batteries installed. The “Start” button is large and convenient for operating the unit, but it also makes it easy to push within the case…but shouldn’t be too much of an issue since it has a 30 second auto shutoff.

Bought one for an Aunt and then a month later for an adopted Grandma. They both take loads of meds and have to know! Because if it’s high you have to take this pill or low and take that one.
This is extremely easy and once its set you just put the cuff on and go. The memory is great if you have two people tracking, the screen is large and Its got a really nice feature for those that never remember what numbers are considered good or bad the colored bar on the left is for your numbers Green good, Yellow caution, Red danger. See easy! Also the cuff is good and fits most average arms, there’s also a mark on the cuff for where you’re supposed to line up for the artery because it measures not just pulse but if you are having irregular heart beats which is extremely helpful for the Grandma as she is A Fib and sometimes its difficult. This comes with a carry bag so you can take it with you to the doctors to give them your numbers and check accuracy it uses 4 AA batteries and comes with a plug but you need to buy the adapter anywhere (it is the plug for the wall standard USB port) very short colors but you only need it if you don’t have or batteries are low.
