Machine itself is fantastic, very accurate and easy to use. The BIG problem is the blue valve that connects the B/P cuff to the machine. They are too thin and breaks off too easily! This is the 3rd machine that I’ve owned same make and model with the same exact issue. I contacted Omron at least twice to report this issue but I dont think it was taken seriously. This is an obvious flaw in design of this particular part. The only remedy offered to my BIG problem according to Omron was to purchase another new Cuff complete with tubing and the useless blue valve. Why can’t Omron just sell the valves by themselves after fixing this issue ?? This machine would otherwise be 5 star! Needless to say, I sent the machines back for a refund! You been warned!

I’m a physician. I used this Omrom BP cuff exactly 5 times in the three weeks I had it, then the small piece of plastic connecting the tubing to the machine BROKE. Omrom Support offered to SELL me a completely new cuff and tubing – to arrive in 3 months. This breakage is completely unacceptable for any medical product that should last for multiple uses a day for many years. Omrom’s support was also unacceptable, not only did they not stand behind their product, they imposed a completely absurd delay in remedying a product fault.

Bought in June 2020. Used less than 10 times. The blue connector connecting tubing to unit started to leak. It clicks in but does not create an adequate seal to allow reading of BP. This has been reported a number of times by other buyers. So, while the actual unit is great the flaw that actually allows it to work makes it not worth wasting your money on this device. Look elsewhere for another unit that has a secure attachment. According to other buyers of the same unit the only solution Omron offers is to purchase an entire new cuff/tubing unit. Disappointing!!

The only problem is that the product was sent WITHOUT the ac adapter. The adapter is part of the product purchased, listed on the containing box itself…but missing nonetheless. I don’t have any issues with the product or purchase, however, I have not even used the product in the event of a necessary return.

I rarely write a review of a product positive or negative. However while the monitor itself seems to work fairly well however the smartphone sync and upload does not work with phone at all. I have a fairly new Galaxy S10e with Sprint. The phone will pair just fine but when you tell the app on the smartphone to upload the latest readings it simply gives an error message saying that it can’t find the monitor. My phone shows it paired as does the monitor itself. There seems to be no help on the web about this issue and I discovered that the app gets extremely unfavorable ratings just about everywhere. Fortunately I did not buy it depending on that to work but given the reputation of the Omron company I would have thought that it would work and work well. Oh well…

Reasonably easy to use. I took mine to my recent annual physical with my doctor and he did a series of comparisons with his professional unit and told me it was more than adequate, even though there was a slight off-set on readings. He asked that I record my home results once or twice a week and bring them and my Omron 10 back in 6 months for a comparison. If I and my doctor have any less than positive comments it is that the one size fits all arm cuff is too small for me and may be too large for smaller folks. I would suggest that Omron offer at lest 2 or 3 cuff sizes. Otherwise, it is doing a good job.

Very pleased with our new BP machine we purchased mainly for the Bluetooth feature and keeping all our information on our Apple Health app. We experienced a great deal of difficulty getting the device to pair with our iPhones and transmitting data to the Omron Connect/Apple Health app. We contacted Omron Customer Service and spoke to Brittney. She provided EXCELLENT customer service! The problem was caused by having other Bluetooth devices (Apple watch and Fitbit devices) in close proximity while pairing our iPhones with the blood pressure machine. After turning off our Apple watches and FitBits (or removing them 10′ from the room) we were able to pair the BP machine with our iPhones and data transmitted effortlessly to both the Omron Connect and Apple Health app.

I gave this product 2 stars because I specifically bought it to transfer the data to my Android Pixel phone. If you are looking for an accurate BP monitor, this is a good one (although I suspect there are less expensive ones). If you are looking to transfer data to your phone – go elsewhere. The setup with bluetooth was a little obtuse but I figured once it was set up it would just work the next time I turned it on and used it. I finally did get it set up and it transferred the first reading. Like my car, watch, headphones, I assumed from then on, when I switched it on it would just connect to my phone – but NOT this thing. Just getting it to connect is worse than the setup. After a month of trying to make it work, I’m going to donate it to someone that does not have a smart phone. After all, your blood pressure monitor shouldn’t be the cause of your high blood pressure.

I need to monitor my blood pressure regularly and purchased this model based on customer reviews. Overall, I have been pleased. It is easy to use and readily transmits data via Bluetooth to an app that retains a history of measurements. Irregular heartbeats are also reported. The monitor also has an EKG function that can be used to generate a more comprehensive heart health profile. The screen is large and easy to read. I occasionally get an error code on startup which is a bit annoying, but simply restarting the device has always resolved the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

A healthcare provider measured my and my spouse’s blood pressure several times with both the Omron 10 Series Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor as well as with a classic manual sphygmomanometer and stethoscope all with the same arm in the same position each time. The results were that the systolic blood pressures were consistently 10-15 points lower with the Omron 10 Series Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor and the diastolic blood pressures were consistently 5-15 points lower with the Omron 10 Series Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor.

So I picked this up after a nurse botched my BP reading by taking my pressure OVER a shirt sleeve, causing my doctor to recommend a home kit. Well after some research I picked this one and am not disappointed, it takes up to three readings at a time and stores them in memory, found out my BP wasn’t that high after all. If only I could sue for malpractice in this country, lol!

My dad enjoys how this pairs with the phone and how the readings transfer into his phone to keep a record. It has a great feature where it will read three times and do an average so it’s more accurate. Beware that since he’s changed to the new iPhone 12 it hasn’t work with his new phone so it could be a software issue so if you got anything with iPhone x and below it will work great after you finish setting it up. It’s wireless so it’s super handy to do readings anywhere.

The blood pressure monitor is very good. However, the storage case which is recommended to purchase with the machine is too small and the machine does not fit. So I am now stuck with a case that I have no use for.
