I did a comparison with this against the Omron wrist BP unit I have and it gave much higher and inconsistent repeat readings. The Omron website says that upper arm units should give lower readings than wrist unit. The wrist meter will give very consistent repeat readings compared to this one, generally varying by only a few millimeters if I do my part correctly. I tried everything to get this new unit to be consistent and nothing worked, and I’ve been taking and charting my blood pressure daily for 8 years. I know how to sit and how to hold my arms and such to get a meter to give a good reading. This one just won’t do it so it’s getting returned. I just don’t trust it.

I purchased a moron series 5 monitor when I used the monitor it’s reading was extremely high, I took to my doctor to check monitor and the reading was no where the same. I returned the monitor but the refund only half the original cost. I will make sure from this point that everyone I talk to I tell of my experience. Thank you!

No cords, no fiddling with the cuff to get it to wrap well, and no sensations of hqvong your blood flow being tightly constricted for for too long! This cuff wraps securely without pinching and works for larger arms. There is no cord to worry about. The readings are close to the ones at the doctor’s office. The cuff does tighten to get the reading but it is far less tight and for a much shorter time than the corded model I had used. It comes with a hard sided case so you can tuck it away neatly or travel with it. The readings can be delivered to your phone app. Really well executed!

After using for a month the it seemed my blood pressure was going up so I took it with me to the Dr. To compare when they took it, it was reading much higher than the the Dr and unfortunately I am passed the 30 day return.

Quite inaccurate. I made an emergency trip to my doctor I was so concerned about how this was reading on my arm. Turns out it was reading about 30 points too high. Did them back to back to be sure. It claimed it could read large arms just fine, other reviews said it to, but that was not my experience. My wife does not have large arms and it’s read her high as well.

It came up with the same results from another manufacturers BP tester. There is an off brand 6v plug in adapter that fits and works perfectly without having to trust older batteries when you want absolute trust.

The readings were off a bit from dr office, but a little more accurate than my old one that died.

Pros: Easy to read display, quick, ability to puchase ac adapter separately for around 7 or 8 bucks, which makes it lighter and saves from constantly replacing 4 AA batteries.

Cons: Only 60 readings saved on device for one user, unless you install Omron app and turn on Bluetooth and Location Services.

On your phone you must turn on GPS Location Services to sync the data from this model BP7250, not just Bluetooth. That is scary, since you must agree to the terms of them collecting your location information. Therefore I am going to exchange for a lower model that does not require this additional data sharing with Omron.

I purchased this item back in June and the pulse rate numbers are cut off in half. Cannot read the actual pulse rate number when checking my pressure. Dont recommend this product.
