Well I have been fighting with this meter for over 18 months and today I finally gave up. It seems if you have a normal size arm it works fine, but if you have a bigger arm it’s decidedly temperamental.
At first the supplied cuff would not stay fastened, so I contacted the company and they very graciously sent me a bigger cuff at no charge, which solved he issues of it coming lose, but created a new problem, the larger cuff is very unstable.
The problem seems to be in how the cuff fits around the arm, there is a metal bar that you thread the cuff through to pull it tight, and this bar moves as the cuff inflates so the meter errors. It take use 3 or 4 tries to get a reading and frankly by then end I am so irritated I am sure my blood pressure is elevated.
So there is it, the meter is consigned to the junk drawer and now I am looking for a blood pressure meter that uses the same style of cuff they use in the doctors office, where it just wraps around the arm, and not by pulling back on itself to get it tight.
I have noticed that the latest Omron meters now use the doctors office style cuff, but unfortunately they don’t have a larger cuff with any of their meters, so the hunt continues.
I have tried the wrist cuffs, but I have found when you suffer from afib the wrist ones don’t give an accurate reading.
I am open to any suggestions, but right now I’m done….and without a reliable blood pressure meter.

First impressions were that the display is clear and easy to read. Having the two independent memories is great for storing the records. when we took it in with us to the hospital the readings were absolutely the same as their machine giving us great confidence in it. It is much more comfortable to use than our previous machine and there’s no real squeezing of the arm, the old machine you wondered it it would ever let go this is painless and comfortable. 5 stars all round

I received a defective one on arrival that could not be reset. The customer service is very friendly and replace it with a new one right away. It works fine so far. So check all functions when received. It is easy to use, The reading is accurate but you need to make sure the cuff is wrapped at correct position and tightness. I have irregular heart rate problem (palpitation) and this machine really shows it when I feel fluttering , with a symbol of irregular heart beat. I like this as it is what I am concerning. I use it daily for the past months to find out if my pressure, pulse, and irregular heart beat is getting better and worse, and this is a very effective tool. This one does not have a function to test 3 times automatically and give you the average. But if you wait a bit and test again the reading is close enough. Overall I am happy with this machine. It comes with a power supply, and the battery power is not used if plugged in. So I plugged in most the time to save the battery power, and could unplug it if needed. It has 60 memory reading of each user, and there are data for two users.

It continues to give consistent and accurate readings. I know it’s consistent since I occasionally measure in both arms. I also know it’s accurate because it tells me with higher readings when on occasion I miss a day of BP meds. It reads a bit lower than what I get at my doctor’s office (”white coat” syndrome). After initial adjustments of the Velcro cuff, I keep it closed in order to simply slip it on my arm snugly, without playing with the open/close cuff procedure each time I want to take a BP reading. BTW, each time the cuff inflates only as high as the systolic pressure – not like most BP machines that inflate the cuff way beyond the systolic (scary because of the increased arm numbing) only to bring it down slowly for a reading. This last but not least feature gives me the most satisfaction.

The item arrived promptly and safely.
It gives most of the necessary information, but there are 2 improvements which could be made – for me, anyway.
1. It does not measure any pulse rate under 40 (which I frequently have). Instead it just gives a blanket reading of 199, which is not helpful.
2. It does not allow for the saving or deleting of individual recordings. Deletion is either for all or none.
These 2 changes would help when visiting the Cardiologist so that evidence can be quickly produced (their time being in demand). Symptoms of one’s condition are not always present on such visits, nor when hospital tests are made – (think dental visits because of toothache).

My husband needed to record his bp readings and I purchased this because I wanted to be sure of the accuracy. His readings were so high that it required a hospital emergency room visit for very high blood pressure. His readings were very high and his doctor asked him to bring it in to calibrate it. The readings that he took to calibrate this in his office were very much higher than the readings he and his nurse took. The doctor suggested he through it out. This actually caused more harm than good because of the stress it put him under and it was being used as a basis to monitor his risk for complications of heart disease which he has. There was no way for us to know the readings were faulty. This can be a dangerous piece of equipment if others are relying on it. Mary Todd

The Ozeri BP monitor is a brilliant product. I am very impressed with this monitor and would gladly recommend to any one looking for a high quality blood pressure monitor. The monitor is supplied in a vanity style travel bag with upper arm cuff and batteries included.
I was looking for a BP monitor for a member of my family, similar to my old Omron monitor. Customer reviews on Amazon for most Omron models showed that people were disappointed with Omron’s inaccurate readings in the recent models and I was not happy with the choice offered by other manufacturers either on Amazon.
I therefore Googled for best BP monitor and found this review – Link: http://bestbloodpressuremonitorhq.com/
The above test review tells you a great deal about the reliability of the Ozeri Premium BP3T. I was impressed with the test review and I am pleased with my purchase.
I was amazed at the number of manufacturers listed in that detailed test review. It showed the Ozeri Premium BP3T as a clear winner. As an added bonus it costs less than half the price on Amazon. I ordered two which included one for myself as well and I have stopped using my old Omron BP monitor.
It is a delight to use the Ozeri BP3T monitor. It has very clear display which is easy to understand. There is a robust upper arm cuff which is extremely comfortable and is marked with guideline diagrams on how to wear it over the arm. It inflates automatically when you press ”start” and as it deflates at the end, your readings in detail are displayed on the screen. The monitor is guaranteed for five years.
This monitor was NOT shown in Amazon’s ”Search Box” results when I searched ”Blood Pressure Monitors” in the first instance. I had to look for it by name in the search box after I read the above review! If you don’t know the name ”Ozeri” it is not going to be readily available for you to see it on Amazon!
The delivery was really fast but I had to pay for the postage. However the inclusion of the second monitor cost me £1 extra postage. (Update:- I notice it is there now on page 10 of search in ”all departments” and is also available from Amazon Prime with postage paid by Amazon.)
Overall it still worked out as reasonable value.

RN approved, I needed a BP cuff for my parents to use when I wasn’t available. I wanted a reliable monitor, and didn’t want to pay a fortune. I did a lot of review reading, then decided to give this one a try. My dad, who usually has high BP, was feeling ‘lightheaded’,so I had him take his BP with this monitor. He did, and got a low reading. I thought ‘well, so much for the new monitor being accurate’. I headed out to check his BP for myself. Imagine my surprise when I found that the reading with this Ozeri monitor was exactly the same as my reading with my manual cuff. My dad is fine now, and this BP monitor is now RN approved.

Very impressed with how fast and easy set up was. I was able to set it up (it comes with batteries!) and use it for the first time within minutes of opening the box. I did follow the direction book just to be sure I set it up properly and the readings were accurate from the start. I like that with the slide of a button we can change between two people, and it keeps track of our last 60 readings! This makes it fast and easy to check to see if your blood pressure is staying in the same range.
The screen on this model is very easy to read and understand. It clearly shows your SYS, DIA, & PUL without having to think about what number is what. The Hypertension Indicator & Irregular Heartbeat detection takes this model a step up from most. The cuff is easy to use and comfortable. The directions for placing the cuff in the correct position are very clear and easy to follow. We have no issues with the cuff fitting both of our arms properly and receiving a clear reading the first time (something we had issues with on other models we have owned). I have found it to be accurate and helps keeping track of your every day health at home even easier.
I like how easy it is to store in it’s bag, and travel with if needed. The size is perfect to tuck into a bag if you need to take it with you, without it being noticeable and overwhelming in size. I do wish the bag held the device a bit more snug, but that is something that isn’t a huge deal.
I received this item for free for my honest and unbiased opinion.

This stylish BP monitor is a lovely piece of kit. I read many reviews of other makes with similar prices and functions but in my opinion the Ozeri is the best. Instructions, [which are easy to follow] batteries, monitor are all contained in a nice zip up bag with a carry handle. I’ve taken BP readings over the past few days and found it to be reliable and trouble free. Throughly recommended product with fast delivery.
