The good part is that the monitor is easy to use. It fits a wide variety of wrist sizes and it’s not at all uncomfortable to use. The bad part is that I’ve been getting readings all over the place and the accuracy of the readings is a crap shoot. I even took it to my dr office to compare and no two readings were alike. So if you’re more concerned with comfort than accuracy you want this. If getting an accurate blood pressure reading is important to you then skip this one.

This is accurate with the medical sphygmomanometer in doctor’s office. Easy to use. Easy to read. I fractured my arm and needed to keep track of blood pressure. I’m able to get the readings one-handedly without any problems, there’s a slide on clip that holds it in place while you tighten up the velcro strap. It has a large memory storage capacity. It’s comfortable and affordable.
EDIT I changed my rating because it already needs new batteries after 2 weeks use of normal use by one person.
2nd EDIT: the batteries that came with it must have been old. I replaced them and those are still working fine several months later. I’m still very happy with this BP monitor and changed back to 5 stars

This monitor is compact and easy to use.
The case and battery are included so you can use it right away out of the box.
I think it would be convenient to carry this for anyone who is frequently travel.
It can easily fit in luggage.
The screen and number are easy to read. Besides, it is extremely lightweight, the downside it is mostly made of plastic. It is prone to break if dropped.
I like it so far. Accuracy is still questionable. I measured 3 times, I got 3 slightly different results.
I would recommend you should repeat at least 3 times to get average.
The price is comparable and competitive to other brand. This brand mostly made equipment for medical use so I think it would be above average for quality.

I Ordered the Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor by PARAMED: Automatic Blood-Pressure Kit of Bp Cuff Machine + 2AAA and Carrying Case – Large LCD Display with Backlight & 90 Sets Memory – FDA Approved on February 5, 2020 from Amazon.com.
I received the package quickly and the instructions were clear and concise. I like the fact that it is backlit and easy to read. The case that it comes in houses it nicely and is sturdy. It gives you a reading in probably less than a minute which is good.
All in all, this monitor is living up to it’s description. HOWEVER, it does not seem to live up accuracy. This machine is WAY off compared to my regular machine or the one at the doctor’s office. I have put it on a shelf because I found I could not rely on it for accurate readings.

I am sharing my experience on the paramed wrist blood pressure monitor recently purchased off the Amazon site.
I just took this monitor along with a second cuff monitor to my doctor appointment to compare which monitor was closed to the doctors blood pressure reading. I was pleased to find your monitor closer in readings than the cuff monitor, therefore, will be using this monitor for my readings. Glad the accuracy is there since it is easier and much more convenient to use.
I would rate the product quality a 4.75 on a scale of 1 to 5.

I have had wrist cuffs for over 30 years. They have all been close enough to the Doctor’s to be reliable for home use.
I bought this for my 88 year old friend. I am amazed by how fast this pumps up, releases and gives an accurate reading. I will buy one for myself to replace my older, MUCH slower wrist cuff.
Having the reading history is important as well since my friend can’t remember where he put the past readings.
I don’t know yet how the battery life will be. Setting the time and date is simple, perhaps not for my 88 year old friend. But he can put the cuff on and operate it by himself. The large display makes it easy for him to read.

Being a male in my late 60s, correctly attaching a BP cuff on my arm seems impossible. When I try my best, I get more error messages than readings. Having hypertension and heart failure, my cardiologist wants me to monitor my blood pressure several times every day and keep a record. As far as an Accuracy rating, I was assured that isn’t important whether the monitor is as accurate as a physician, nurse or trained tech can achieve in the office, as looking for the normal daily reading fluctuation. I understand it’s like the dash gauges in a motor vehicle that monitors temperature, pressures and fuel. We don’t need to know exactly what the gauge measures, as much as noticing when the reading is not in the ”normal” and adding fuel, oil or calling an expert. For this reason, I only gave 4-stars for Accuracy. I’ll get the accurate readings in the doctor’s office. The rest is 5-stars. This monitor is easy for me to use, has a bright display with large fonts, common sense placement of buttons and after using home monitors for 40+ years, this is the absolute best one that I’ve found and used. It is very inexpensive on Amazon, comes in a hard plastic case to protect it, has very informative booklet and has clear written and visual instructions. I recommend it to family members, friends and neighbors. Thank you Paramed!
