I bought this arm BPM because I have used a wrist BPM alone. I hope that this arm BPM will get more accurate readings.
I had a little problem with this new BPM at start when it was delivered. And then I contacted Sinocare Customer Service via my Amazon order. Sinocare Customer Service provided 5 star services to update me each steps. The problem was sorted out next day. I am 100% satisfied with Sinocare Customer Service.
I am very pleased with this arm BPM which has large LED Display plus voice functions. In particular, the USB C port can be used to power the BPM without battery. It works very well just with USB connection – USB cable is not included but it is not a problem to me as I have plenty of USB cables.
It is simple to use. Just press the middle Start/Stop button to use the BPM. The readings are displayed very clear and voice readings are also good. Hopefully, it will produce more accurate readings.

The instructions to set up and to use are easy to follow. It can store the results for two people. The measurements were accurate on comparing with the doctor’s office. The display is large, thus making it easy to read. Four batteries required for the operation are included in the packet. The voice instructions are helpful. The built quality of the screen and the cuffs are excellent. One can easily do the entire measurement process alone without the help of others. I am satisfied with the product and would recommend it to others.

I bought this pressure, Blood Pressure Monitor for Home Use by Sinocare Accurate Automatic, gauge because I saw the same at my doctor. He took my blood pressure. I saw that it was easy to use.
I bought this monitor and it was shipped quickly via Prime. This requires 4 AAA batteries and they are included. The display is large and clear, the buttons are large and comfortable. It can measure and store readings for 2 people, this is a great opportunity for me and my wife.
There are a few settings, but in basic mode (which I use it in) you simply insert your hand into the rubber tube cuff and press the start button. The cuff is of good length and width and is very easy to use. The cuff inflates, then deflates slowly. Once the test is complete, the results are clearly shown on the LED display and you can customize it to have a voice tell you your reading.
It’s so easy to use. Great blood pressure monitor that I highly recommend to others.

This blood pressure unit is accurate and small. Cuff fits well on my arm. I like that it works worth ac plug or batteries. The display is easy to read and announces your readings as well. Simple and easy to operate. Since lood pressure constantly varies, I can confirm the exact accuracy compared to other models. Reading seem to be close to why my actual pressure really is. Overall decent product and works as advertised.

Blood pressure monitor review:
Purchased this for my wife who is pregnant. Her BP has been running on the low side so we got this to monitor her BP at home. The monitor comes in a nice box. It was easy to put together. The cuff is flexible. It came with the batteries. Works well and we are happy with it. It does what we need it to do accurately.
Best feature:
It will speak your blood pressure value out. You don’t have to squint to look at the numbers. You can sit back and listen to it.
Con: the cord is not the longest. So if you are looking for a long cord, go with a different one.

I used to have another blood pressure monitor but it broke so I ordered another one. I love that this unit is so small. I mean, it literally fits in the palm of my hand and I don’t have large hands by any means. It is easy to store in my drawer in my bedroom or put it almost anywhere really. It is super easy to set up. Take off the protective wrapping, flip it over and rotate the batter cover and insert the 4 AAA batteries that come with the unit. Close the battery cover and then unwrap the arm cuff. The arm cuss already has the air tube attached to it, so you just have to plug the air tube into the unit and you are ready to go. Press the power button on and the unit will load for a few seconds. If you are then ready to measure your blood pressure, press the button again to start the test. I have noticed that this takes a bit longer to get your result than my old unit but it is still only like 30 seconds, not a long time. Overall a nice little unit that does what it is supposed to do, measure my blood pressure. This uses batteries only so if you would rather not deal with batteries, you may want to look for one that has the ability to plug in to an electrical outlet.
