To begin, the instructions are fairly clear so setup is pretty easy. Getting the cuff situated correctly on your arm, not so much. The machine does have a couple volume levels or silent, which is nice. Nicer though would be to turn off the deranged ice cream truck music and just have the voice. The numbers are huge, white on a blue background, and also give your heart rate along with telling you if your in the high, low or normal range.
One thing I absolutely do not like is the flimsyness of the battery cover. It has come off a few times and the batteries have fallen out causing it to lose all data stored in there and you have to go through the whole setup proofed again.
All in all, not a bad little machine for the price.

Used it for the first time today. It worked great. Needed for both my teenage sons. The older one has larger arms and it fit him perfectly. It was easy to set up. Came with batteries and a storage bag. I really like the large display, and the voice notification which speaks the information to you. There’s music while you wait. Also memory storage for two. For the price I think I’ve received a great product. I will be monitoring both boys three times per week, if anything changes I’ll update this review. For now I’m completely satisfied.
