This unit is easy to use and set up. The instructions can be a little challenging, but it can be followed. Once you get the gist of it, the Settings, date, time, are second hand. I gave it 5 stars for accuracy and ease of use and readability. But, the overall 4 stars is due to something that is not in the instructions: If you turn the unit OFF and the slide switch, the settings for date and time reset to default. Although, the measurements are still available, apparently in non-volatile memory. A message to tech support suggests that to keep the date/time correct, leave the unit on. I will go into ‘sleep’ mode after a few minutes. That does, however, cause usage of the battery. Aaahhhh! The built-in battery!! Now, that is the BEST part. No more hunting for AA’s. THAT is the bestest part of this wrist monitor. I last charged the battery 8 days ago and it is still cooking (no pun intended). So, bottom line is that leaving the wrist monitor ON is not a huge drawback. Although it should have been noted in the instructions.
Another feature on the plus side is that the unit comes with a 3 year warranty. How many electronic devices do you know of that provide that kind of assurance, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!!
At the end of 3 years, if this device fails, I WILL buy this unit again. I would have saved that much money just in AA batteries alone.

This is nice and easy to use blood pressure monitor. It has a voice function, which allows you to hear the reading as well as see it on the display. It also has a great memory function, so if I forget what a reading was, I can just look back and then enter it into my Apple health app. I also especially like that it doesn’t use batteries but instead charges by a regular lightning cord with a USB connection.

It seems to be very accurate. I had blood pressure checked at doctors office today and this result was really close. I had a little trouble setting time and date, but I was never good at setting that on a watch. The screen is very clear and easy to read. The number one selling point for me was the rechargeable battery.

I love this cuff! It’s so easy to use, and it’s accurate too! I especially like the fact that it’s rechargeable, so there’s no worries about dead batteries when you need to use it, then searching for some new ones only to find you don’t have any. Great product. Well worth the money!

I’ve only had this for 4 days, but continuously get readings all over the place, even when taking them right after each other. Maybe I am doing something wrong, and with practice be able to get more consistent results. Only time and practice will tell. Was disappointed in the instructions. Very confusing. Appears to be written by someone who doesn’t speak English. Eventually figured them out though

My doctor advised me to buy a device to monitor my rising blood pressure as in his office it read 162 on average after 5 readings. After researching here, I bought this model based on the ease of use and reviews stating it was accurate. I had a follow-up visit yesterday and thankfully grabbed this monitor to bring. The doctor read my BP as 123 and the device read it as 166. We waited for 10 minutes, did it again, doctor’s was 126, this was 163 and we did it a THIRD time, doctor’s was 127 and this was 172. Upset that I tossed it in the trash as I should have sent it back for a refund but do NOT trust the reading. My doctor said to ONLY buy the arm cuff type, others are not as accurate.
